We have a professional technical team, including international welding engineers (IWE), various NDT testing personnel (UT2, MT2, PT2, VT2), and over 40 welders with international welding certificates (ISO9606). We have passed more than 30 international welding procedure qualifications (WPQR) in ISO15614, and have standardized welding processes (WPS) for various materials. With our professional knowledge and technical capabilities, we have provided high-quality welded structural components for numerous wind turbine enterprises.

We have established a complete production and manufacturing system for welded structural components through continuous innovation in technology and processes, achieving production standardization, process standardization, product standardization, and quality consistency, which has been unanimously recognized by the majority of users. Under the premise of ensuring quality, the annual production capacity of welded structural components can reach 15000 tons. Frontier production equipment

The company has more than 100 processing and testing equipment such as a round regulating door production line, large laser cutting machine, CNC Press brake, welding robot, laser welding, full-automatic CNC spinning machine, large-scale CNC plate bending machine, etc., and has a full-automatic blanking and typesetting system, which ensures that our material utilization rate remains above 90%. All steel plate materials and welded products must be shot blasted to increase surface quality and film adhesion.
